Terms & Conditions – Video Editing Subscription

1. Video Length

   • Each edited video provided under this subscription is limited to a maximum duration of 45 seconds.

2. Client Footage

   • All raw footage must be supplied by the client via Google Drive or WeTransfer.

   • The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted footage is their own content or that they have the rights and permissions to use it.

3. Included Services

   • Each video edit includes:

     • Captions and on-screen text

     • Transitions

     • Use of stock footage (where applicable)

     • Use of royalty-free music

4. Subscription & Cancellation

   • The subscription operates on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.

   • If a subscription is cancelled during the final month of the current billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

   • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

   • Final edited videos are delivered to the client for their unrestricted use.

   • The editor retains the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
